The Učka Nature Park encompasses the mountain of the same name and part of the area of Ćićarija, and is located along the coast of the northern Adriatic at one of the northernmost points of the Mediterranean, connecting Istria and the continental part of Croatia.
The values for which Učka was declared a nature park have been known for a long time, and they lie in its relief and close proximity to the sea, which conditioned the development of a specific climate and lush forest vegetation. To that we should add rich meadows and other anthropogenic habitats where we find numerous endemic, endangered and protected plant and animal species.
Učka, like Ćićarija, has always attracted many excursionists and visitors with its beauty, to whom this oasis of greenery and peace offered an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Precisely because of its proximity to the city centers, Učka has always been a favorite picnic spot and destination for numerous mountaineers and nature lovers.
In the vicinity of the Učka Nature Park, there is a detached house of 200 m2 surrounded by a green garden of 4100 m2. It consists of a basement, ground floor and attic. In the basement there is a garage and two storage rooms. There are two apartments on the ground floor, one of which is habitable and the other for renovation. The move-in apartment consists of a kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. The apartment is heated with one air conditioner and a wood stove. The attic serves as a storage room.
