Labin is a town located on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. It is located on top of a hill overlooking the Kvarner Bay and the island of Cres. One of the main attractions in Labin is the old town, which is a well-preserved medieval core with narrow streets and historic buildings. Labin is also known for its art galleries and studios where the works of local artists and craftsmen are exhibited. Labina and its surroundings are characterized by hills, vineyards and olive groves. A combined plot is located in the immediate vicinity of the city. The plot has an area of about 500 m2 of construction land and about 700 m2 of agricultural land. All infrastructure is located at the edge of the plot. It has a nice regular shape and is surrounded by greenery.
