On the hill above Rabac is the medieval town of Labin, whose old name Albona was first mentioned in 285 AD. The hometown of Matija Vlačić, the reformer and associate of Martin Luther, is today a cultural and administrative center. Rarely does the wealth of architecture and cultural-historical monuments combine so charmingly with numerous art studios.
A stone house of 120 m2 is located near the town of Labin. It consists of ground floor, first floor and attic. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a room, a corridor and a terrace. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor and attic, where there are two rooms on each floor. The house should be adapted. The property has electricity. The water connection is brought to the front of the house. In front of the house there is a yard of 45 m2.
