Description
Kršan is a settlement and the center of the municipality. It was built next to a medieval castle, today one of the best-preserved Istrian castles, and lies along the southwestern edge of the Čepić field. The newer part of the settlement is located at the crossroads of the roads to Labin, and through the Učka tunnel, to Rijeka.
In a quiet settlement near Kršan, there are two stone houses for renovation. The first stone house with an area of 110 m2 consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The house has two entrances on the ground floor, where there is a kitchen and two rooms. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two rooms. There is a terrace in front of the house. The houses are located on a side paved road. The house has electricity, and the water connection is next to the house. Across from the house is a smaller detached house of 40 m2, surrounded by a garden of 102 m2 with two parking spaces.
