Kršan is a settlement and the center of the municipality. It was built next to a medieval castle, today one of the best-preserved Istrian castles, and lies along the southwestern edge of the Čepić field. The newer part of the settlement is located at the crossroads of the roads to Labin, and through the Učka tunnel, to Rijeka.
In the vicinity of Kršan, there is a nice Istrian stone house with an area of 88 m2. It was renovated in 2009. Water and electricity installations, carpentry, mezzanine structure, facade and roof were renewed. The stone house consists of a ground floor and an attic. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, a stone fireplace, a living room and a bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the attic. In the attic there is a bedroom and a covered terrace. The house was renovated in the traditional Istrian style, dominated by stone and wood. The house is heated with air conditioning and a wood stove. Furniture is partially included in the price.
